I have completed the boots of the first figure with a mix of Yellow Ochre, Mars Brown and Titanium White. Each level of highlighting required a bit more white until the hot spots were completed.
Mars Brown and Burnt Umber were used for initial highlights on the second figure's boots. Final hot spots were created with Yellow Ochre mix from the first figures boots.
At this point the sword scabbards were attached and painting began. The fittings on the first will all be tinned silver, with alloy on the second. Black leather scabbard on the first and Brown "worn" leather on the second.
